Distributor On Line Terms & Conditions

Pricing: Invoices will be issued at prices prevailing at the time of shipment and are subject to change without notice. All prices are F.O.B NTN Warehouse.

Electronic Order Discount: Orders placed over the NTN Distributor On Line system may be eligible for a special electronic order discount. Please contact your local NTN account manager for details and eligibility requirements.

Payments: Net 30 Days from receipt of invoice. Any distributor whose account is not maintained within NTN's payment terms will not be able to process orders through the Distributor On Line ordering system.

Minimum Order: $50.00 Net.

Freight: F.O.B point of shipment.

Shortage Claims: All shortage claims against NTN are to be reported within thirty (30) days of receipt of the shipment.

Warranty: NTN bearings are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The obligation of NTN under this warranty is limited to replacing any bearing which is proven to be defective within one year of purchase, under the following provisions:

1. The application of the product was approved by NTN.
2. The product is returned and delivered to NTN with transport charges freight prepaid.
3. Analysis of the product by NTN verifies that the product was properly handled, mounted, lubricated and not subjected to abuse.

The warranty is in lieu of all warranties of merchant ability, fitness for purpose, or all other warranties expressed or implied. NTN shall not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages. The remedies set forth herin are exclusive, and the liability of NTN with respect to any contract or sale of anything done in connection therewith, in contract, in tort, under any warranty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the price of the bearing on which such liability is based.

Return of Product: No product can be accepted for return if it had been shipped in accordance with the customer's order. No returns will be accepted for return without the prior inspection and written approval from an authorized employee of the company. All returns must have an RBA (Return Bearing Authorization) number from NTN prior to a part being returned. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid to the nearest NTN warehouse.
